Under the umbrella of Shakti Point Services, Jenn Carse Metcalf offers a variety of products and services which are all directly connected to home and health.  Indeed, the two are inseparable.  Jenn is a licensed realtor and a short term rental owner (think AirBNB).  She is also the co-owner of an assisted living home.  On the health side of Shakti Point, Jenn works with a team of dedicated health enthusiasts helping clients achieve optimal cellular health.  She is also a long time yoga practitioner and certified instructor.  However, yoga instruction has recently taken a back seat to her other endeavors.

In partnership with other owners, Jenn helps oversee operations at Arden Park Assisted Living.  This upscale home provides a safe and caring environment for elderly who require assistance.  Located in a spacious residential house, residents don’t feel like they’re in a nursing home environment. The home provides nutritious home cooked meals, on-call 24/7 nurse, medication management and a loving compassionate environment.

Short Term Rental
Jenn purchased her childhood home from her mom, lived there for many years raising her children, and then transformed it into a short term rental. But, the transformation wasn’t just a fresh coat of paint. Jenn took on a full remodel, including removing walls and remodeling everything. This gave her experience working as a general contractor and interior designer. Once it was done, she learned all the nuances of property management. All of these experiences help Jenn be a better realtor and give her clients first hand knowledge that other realtors just don’t have. Check out her short term rental.

Asea
Jenn suffered from a debilitating skin condition.  Doctors, dermatologists, prescriptions, lotions, potions, and pills brought no relief.  Neither did dietary changes.  In April 2019, Jenn was introduced to Asea for the 3rd time.  Unable to eliminate her skin issues, and having tried everything, she had nothing to lose.  Within a short time of using Asea, her skin problems faded away.  They have not returned!  Since then, she’s been helping others find relief for a variety of health challenges.
