Unlike most other attorneys, Louis didn’t attend law school right out of college – practicing law is his second career.  Louis had some real-life experience under his belt before becoming a lawyer, from working various jobs while earning his undergraduate degree in industrial engineering, to working in the engineering and construction industry for 13 years, sometimes wearing a hard-hat and tool belt.

Credentials: Louis has practiced civil law since 1999. As a solo attorney, he manages all aspects of private practice, from client acquisition to final case resolution. He advises corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters, and has appeared in both State and Federal courts. Louis has represented corporate clients as in-house general counsel and as outside counsel, and has more than 170 hours in mediation, negotiation and dispute resolution training.
